Undisclosed health conditions, use of any illegal substances or alcohol, inappropriate conduct during any part of the service may terminate the session immediately: full payment will apply, appropriate personnel will be notified and/or you may be denied future services.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice; 100% will be charged with less than 4 hours notice.

Timeliness
Please allow 15 minutes prior to treatment start time for set up. Due to the commuting nature of this service, at times, unavoidable delays may arise from road conditions, weather, traffic, etc. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Modesty
In preparation for your treatment, please disrobe to your comfort level after your therapist has left the room.

Age Requirement
Children 16 years and under may receive spa services with parental permission and supervision.

Gratuity
A customary 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all services for your convenience.

Additional gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

Valuables
We recommend storing your valuables in a safe place during your treatment.
